First Snow

Swollen lead-gray clouds
Bestow the season’s first flakes
No fluff, just ice grit.

Beautiful!

We never get fluffy snow. Just ice.

Snow? Jealous. Okay, not really, but it sure looks pretty! I can see snow on the mountain tops when I'm out and about, and that's probably close enough for me.

Now ... you've been tagged! Come see at my blog.

Are you in Denver? I was wondering if you were in Colorado and then on the news on Friday I was shocked to see it snowing in Denver and we did not receive anything in Gunnison! I am ready for some snow.

My mother-in-law LOVES her job at Williams Sonoma but she is just a floor sales person so she wishes it would pay more so she could quit her full time job. She is the perfect kitchen store salesperson - we call her basement the kitchen graveyard.
