Purr

A feathery growl
Rumbles from your downy chest
I know you’re happy.

Haiku Friday This haiku is dedicated in loving memory of Milo, my first “baby.” His appetite got the best of him (diabetes). But he sure knew how to "seize the day."

Aw, very sweet, but also sad. Was it recent? I dread that day.

Ooohhh. That was very sweet. I'm sorry about your loss.

My kids are campaigning HARD for a kitty. We already have 2 dogs though. The closest they will get for now is the WowWee Interactive Lion. It meows and purrs. I think Santa just bought me some time!

OMG -- your cat Milo looks so much like my daughter's cat Max. I did a double take. You wrote a wonderful tribute to Milo.

I'm not a cat person, but that is still very touching.

Awe....I bet you miss the 'little' guy. I'll be hugging my boys extra tight today.

Oh Cathy, I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your friend, Milo. What a very lovely tribute you have shared with all of us.

Thoughts are with you. xx

Awwww.
And yeah, the way Luna eats everything she can get her paws on, I'm afraid she may end up with diabetes later in life.
We try to stop her sometimes but she's persistant as anything.

Rex better live forever or I'm going to be very very sad.

We have three little purr machines. My condolences.
