Starting Over

My 41-year-old husband told me he gave himself only one candle on his birthday cake because he is "only one year into middle age."

Happy Birthday, Terry!!

I think I'm going to follow your husband's lead when I hit my 40s.

Happy birthday!

I'm getting only one candle this year, because I'll be 31 and I'm told 30 is when you start living?!
Whatever that means, I like the one candle idea! Happy b-day to your hubby!

that is a very cool way to look at it. Here's hoping he has a very happy birthday.

Is that when middle age starts? 40? If so, I've getting very near. :)

Good for him! We Pisceans get creative like that. I'm going with the cut-it-in-half theory, so I'm only 22 now.

Happy Birthday to the hubby!

Oh, and I definitely want a trampoline, but one of those fancy ones with the bar to hold onto. My son has coordination issues and he'd go flying off for sure.
