That was a knarly haiku (excuse the so cal venacular & spelling:) My first question is "are you okay?" but your poem clearly tells me you are not. Okay?
Pairing of this particular photo with your haiku makes a powerfully painful statement. The barbed wire and prickly-looking plant and the news ripping through you... Wow.
Wow, this was an amazing expression of inner feelings. The photo and the haiku were both amazing. Thanks so much for sharing. Much appreciation for linking back to Looking at the sky on Friday as well.

I am with MA....what's the matter!?!? I hope the distress has lessened. Hang in there.

I hope this is a hindsight haiku, & I hope you are well.
Lovely 'ku - but what's wrong.
Incredible sky and powerful Haiku. Hoping all is well.
What a statement...I'm wondering what you're going through to write such a poem. Nosy me...but I hope you're ok!
So beautiful, but such pain! Hope that you're okay!
Wishing you peace. Be kind to yourself for a while.

Beautiful, beautiful picture and powerful haiku. I'm sorry to think something so upsetting inspired this, though, and I hope you are OK.
