Remnants Of A Sunset

The times when I forget to be a blogger are the ones that really bite. The other night, I took short walk around the block at dusk and forgot to take my camera. Of course, the sunset was tremendous—full of orange and pink clouds. I quickened my pace, hoping to get home in time to grab my camera and capture those beautiful hues. But I wasn’t fast enough—all I got was this photo, when the sunset embers had cooled down.

Wow, I ♥ those painted on clouds. Very beautifully captured. It seems more and more that I get caught without my camera as well.

Thanks for playing along!

Happy Friday.

I love the swirl of the clouds. And it doesn't matter that you didn't capture all that color for posterity as YOU got to witness and enjoy it.
